Why South Korea is a food heaven of Asia

Japanese and Korean food are the two most common cuisine being served in Indonesia (excluding Chinese food), so it’s pretty safe to say that I have been accustomed to both. I came back from Japan this February, thinking that I have found the country with the best cuisine in the world. But when I came back from South Korea last month, I’m glad to say that Korean food has exceeded 500% way above the expectation I had. I’m not saying that it is now the best cuisine I’ve found, but it was definitely the number one highlight of my trip.

Autumn best spent: Nami Island and its stunning colors

Autumn is always magical, but even magic has its own level of amusement. When traveling Asia in search for autumn scenery, the ultimate choices were Japan and Korea – unquestionably. The decision landed to Korea simply because I haven’t been there before, and having heard reviews from some of my friends, I came there with a properly managed expectation. Hallstatt, the pretty lady of Austria

When creating an itinerary for a trip, the first thing I always do is to check whether the country/city has specific areas that are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. So when I plan to visit Austria during my Europe trip, Hallstatt easily became my number one priority. Hallstatt’s origin dates way back into the early Iron Age around 800 BC, which is known as the Hallstatt Era. Therefore, it is considered as the oldest inhabited village in Europe. However, the main reason why tourists flock in Hallstatt is the view of picturesque village on a rocky banks of the lake, along with lines of mountains behind it.

Beautiful Lucerne, Breathtaking Switzerland

Being one of the most intriguing country in Europe as a travel destination, Switzerland was the first country I set my foot in as a part of my Europe trip.
